Locator may express his/her desire to assign the contract of sale to the investor and receive 9% Locator's fee or may choose to become a partner. In the event, Locator chooses to become a partner, he/she shall have to wait to get a percentage of net profit after the property is sold. All the risk is assumed by the Investor.
All the necessary forms for assignments, partnerships or other purpose are supplied on our website to the registered members.
If you found a qualified property and we are not able to provide you an Investor within 30 days, we will refund 40% of your membership fee. You still retain the material already supplied to you, access to our website and other membership benefits.
